Two weeks ago, I developed some pimple-like sores around my butt area - a little itchy but not painful (picture 1). Now, I feel burning around my butt and upper thigh area but there are no more bumps. I decided to open up and look inside to see if I saw anything out of the ordinary and I see this little bumps lining my vulva (picture 2). I can’t tell if they are follicles or if it’s signs of herpes. They don’t hurt or anything, but I do have burning around my butt and legs with no bumps there. Help pleaseeee!
