I am a 21M. A little over a month ago (33 days to be exact)I received oral sex, nothing more and had been feeling since. No fever, fatigue, lymph nodes, etc. 4 days ago (29days after) when when showering and trying a new body soap for the first time, I began to feel burning coming from under my shaft and left side of the scrotum after about 10 secs of using it. After rinsing off I noticed 5-7 small sores spread out over the area. Aside from the soap,unless i pick at them they cause little to no pain and barely noticeable.
I’m confused because in the past I’ve had tons of contact dermatitis OBs from my extreme allergies and eczema but they’ve never really looked like this. The partner swears they never had any oral bumps ever, especially during our encounter.
I’ve done extensive research and found that getting HSV1 from oral with no present sores is very unlikely but I come across too many images of OBs that have forced me question the possibility.
I will add that I masturbate everyday and feel like I would have felt the OB coming on well before i showered. Also i recently started skateboarding again and it’s been 80+ degrees every day. I say this because I’m aware friction and bacterial rashes are also a thing.
With all this said I’m wondering does this sound and look like HSV or some form of contact rashes? I’ve scheduled a test for tomorrow but being that it would be day 5 of the outbreak would the swabs even be as accurate/dependable?
