Herpes or???

Hey guys, so about a week ago these really bad skin irritation shows up after I shaved and I figured it was because I had used an old razor so it was ingrown hairs or a razor burn. But its starting to clear up and I will be going to get it checked out and tested.
Is it possible that this is herpes? It mainly hurts when I’ve been walking around and it rubs.

It could definitely be a reaction to shaving if you have sensitive skin but it could also be something like herpes seeing as there’s quite a few spots/lesions. A swab test asap before they close up would be the best thing to do.

This looks like Herpes.
Its possible it could be from shaving but looking at it, this needs treatment.
