Can you have herpes outbreaks within days of each other? Say you have a outbreak and then a week later you get another one? I’m very curious and some light on this topic would help, thank you.
Yes, this is happening to me now. The past two months i have been having a breakout. Then a few days later another one.

When this happens I would suggest looking at what’s going on in your life.

Stress or lack of sleep.

Diet -avoid foods high in arginine (eg pastas, carbs, nuts , caffeine alcohol ect). Add in foods high in lysine or take a lysine supplement.

Trauma - add lube during sex or change type of hair removal.
Sometimes studies show if your diagnosis is new your body will trigger outbreaks to become stronger against it. I don’t know how true it is but certainly at the start my outbreaks were mental!! If it’s really bothering you, get on suppressive therapy and it should help you get a handle of it.
