I am so scared for my life! I got oral sex 2 days ago & I have never seen these red dots on my penis could someone expert on the subject or someone with knowledge help me please!

I have also the same as you, is it painless and not itchy ? cause mine has nothing its just there. I’ve to the doctor and he gave me flucozole and travocort cream, its for fungal infections.
