Hi been told i have anxiety i get bad dizziness bad body tingles feeling like I'm going to faint at the best of times been given Zoloft but scared to take em can any1 tell me if they have had any good things from Zoloft plz nd if u have been dizzy with anxiety

Hi 

I was put on sertraline for health Anxiety.

i had all the symptoms going.

dizzy, feeling sick, dread of going out, heart racing etc.

iv been on sertraline 25mg for 5 months and when I got over the side effects of it,

which wasn't an easy ride for the first few weeks.

its the best iv felt in a year.

what strength are you starting on??

Yes when i get very anxious i do feel dizzy. But had sertraline for 4 years and i was fine. Some people have side effects in the early part of taking it but mostly it disappears in 2 months.

Hi Mcbean,

I've had horrible symptoms! Like yours and much more. I was really scared to take Sertaline ( Zoloft ) because I read a lot am people described terrible side effects. I started with 1/4 of 50 mg ( so 12.5 mg ) and gone up to 25 mg. I'm still on this doese and I feel much better. I would never start on 50 mg for sure. Better to start with smaller doese. Hope it helps !
