I have just had blood tests and my thyroid is showing a normal TSH and a borderline high T4. Does anyone know what would cause this because I am confused? Thanks
That was my situation at the start of my thyroid problems. My T4 was high but not as high as some I have seen on the Board and my TSH was still normal. However, within a month, my TSH had dropped to zero and after a thorough investigation and proper diagnosis, I was started on Methimazole.
