Yes, i just got blood work done and my LDL is high…the Dr. did my cardiac risk ratio and said I was alright now. I am 57 and post menopause. Mine started creeping up at peri menopause so I do think it has to do with your hormones. He also said age is a factor…he also said change in diet may bring it down maybe 20 points.

im in perimanpause , some times my cholesterol is a bit high when i eat dairy i have seen changing my diet eating clean veggies legumes , fiber add flaxseed in my smoothies and oatmeal lower it down .
