High Reticulocyte count

I have elevated reticulocytes-96(ref 24 to 84 x10^9/L),1.68%(ref up to 1.5 %).Haematocrit is 48.All other FBC,biochemistry, urine results are normal.I have no anemia,no bleeding and no other symptoms.Is that worrying and should I go to the doctor?
