I am really worried I am at risk. I recently had sex with a girl and used a condom. However the girl used this same condom over her fingers and put them up my bum. I am slightly embarrassed to post this but I am genuinely worried!

In short - the risk is very low if not negligable. there is no reason to be embarrassed. What you describe - or similar - might be done by many couples.
In UK the spread of AIDS/HIV is quite limited. According to the Guardian 130,000 people in UK live with HIV/AIDS. Of these some 45% are men who have sex with men. Other high-risk groups are intravenous drug users sharing needles, those from sub-saharan Africa and heamophiliacs who were earlier infected by blood products [they are now carefully screened]
To contract the disease one or other of you must already have it.
so basically there really isnt any risk?
That's my reading of it. It really is - if you are in UK - not a great risk despite all the hype!
