i'm going crazy don't want to deal with my own thoughts anymore does this look like oral leukoplakia by hiv or just blood vessel or part of tongue

took at home oraquick test last week year after exposure it was negative i don't believe it tongue has been dry but not sure if thrush

thats normal. nothing to worry about
