Hope you are doing well. All this cake baking is making me feel guilty as I never make one. They sound so good I think I must have a go!
Just returned from a week at Lake Garda, yesterday in 40c I was wishing for cooler weather. Havin awoken this morning to 13c and rain, I'm now not so sure. Be careful what you wish for I guess.
Still suffering from probably having overdone walking while there so think I will have to contact my aftercare team as I'm sure it ought to be better than this.
However, just got my adorable working cockers back from my friend who looks after them for me and with six cats too to look after being busy will definitely put the pain to the back of my mind I'm sure.
Cake was really tasty certainly one to make again xx
