Does anyone get hot flashes from eating certain foods or taking any type of supplements that may have any kind of sweet in it? Also, I get heart palpitations with it.. So many food allergies don't know if its hormonal or what.

I get hot flushes when I drink wine - never had that before… Lovely peri - soooooooo many symptoms.
on another site a women had posted she done the same thing when drinking wine and told her gyno about it and she said they told her to take an Advil before drinking wine it would help. im not sure if it really helps just sharing
