How can I get tested / diagnosed for ASD?

I am 60+ female with mental health issues brought on by PTSD. The therapy I have received ended ( 20 weeks max ) without me getting any answers. Around 2 or more years ago I mailed an ASD questionnaire to an address I was given but received a phone call saying I was out of their area. I have suffered with guilt and insecurity for as long as I can remember. I can’t get well on my own. I need answers. I hope someone who reads this can relate to my problems and help.

This was a serious query and not a joke. Thanks for replying as you did, at least I know how useful/useless this site is now and shan’t waste any more of my time.
