How do I get off zopiclone?
I’ve been on for about 4 months 3.5 mg most nights and tried to go cold turkey. After 2 hours of sleep on the 3rd night. I woke up and took one.
It sort of gives me abdominal discomfort though so I really want to stop.
Any suggestions?
stop as soon as possible go to benzo buddies more support there x
Gradually decrease size of dosage and eat more healthy.
