If you didnt get lesions, how would you know when your OB was over? Is it safe to say that when the pain is gone, the OB is over?
I have no extenal lesions, the only way I know that I am active is that I am in pain. Does your pain stop before your leasions heal? After? How will I know?
That is a tricky one! I suppose when you feel completely normal down there again, then give it another couple of days as buffer.
Have you examined yourself thoroughly with a mirror and flashlight? I did that, lol. Some lesions are sneaky and hide amongst the folds, or are miniscule (pinhead-sized). Some are also more like tiny tears or fissures.

Lol, I must say that I've never looked at my vagina so much and so thoroughly before, so I was noticing things that were presumably there all this time, but I had no idea! Like hidden pigmented patches and what my urethral and vaginal opening look like in detail (obviously I've looked before, but not like this!). TMI even for me, haha!
