Combien de temps après le CBT puis-je postuler pour y retourner ?

my therapist did say i can go back bit she said they ask you to wait so long.

my cbt ended 9 weeks ago

do you exersise and eat proply? maybe thats somthing you can focus on while your waiting ,if you stick to it you never know you might not need the cbt after all?
