How to start exercising (and actually enjoy it)

Until around four years ago, I was pretty much a fitness-phobe. As someone who was a little overweight and struggled with anxiety, the gym seemed like somewhere that just wasn't for me. Jogging was a no-no, considering I could barely run for a bus.
