Ive just recently become sexually active and started to experience discomfort, itching, thicker discharge and mild stinging in my vaginal area. I assumed it was either due to a yeast infection or because I was being sexually active. It became very discomforting so i decided to take a look down there which is when I became really worried. I noticed bumps which I think I may have always had but not as severe. However I am not positive they've always been there due to the fact I don't look down there often and that Ive never had pap smear. I tried looking up my symptoms and was worried it could be due to an STD being that we did not use any sort of protection. I learned on HPV and thought it might be genital warts which makes me very worried but then I also learned of VP which also fits my symptoms. However VP doesnt have symptoms of itching or irregular discharge so I am very confused and worried. can someone please help!!
Yours look very much like mine...i posted on here as well and i had 3 people say VP. I really do think its VP. My bumps appeared after a yeast infection. i do have some discharge & discomfort down there but idk if its cause i am thinking about it or what.

I have the same! Pretty sure you have VP! Nothing to worry about. You may just have a yeast infection along side the VP? You can see a Dr and have a std check if you want to put your mind at rest. But i am certain this is just VP :)
I had a yeast infection a couple months ago for the first time and I have these bumps as well, my gynecologist said its normal healthy tissue. I definitely suggest going to see if you have a yeast infection. Hope that helped...

′hirsuties papillaris vulvae′,

′vestibular microwarts′,
′micropapillomatosis′, and
′vulval squamous papillomatosis′.
It is considered to be a variant of normal vulvar anatomy with no known significant associations. "
I reseached on Internet one of this names and I choose "image" in order to see differents pictures about VP. I reseached with the name ""pseudocondylomata"' (sinonym of Vestibular papillomatosis.
