i was diagnosed last year january with hsv1 so i already know i have genital herpes. however i also have this huge spot that has not dissappeared for slmost a year now and it keeps growing in size. im extremely worried and scared. can anyone help with some advice if they know what this is along with the other spots.!

is it near your groin, do you think its related to herpes ?
Im worried its something else and may get larger. at this point i would happily have it surgically removed.
