Ok so my first outbreak was Nov 8 immediately after sex. But thinking about it weeks prior to this outbreak i kept getting headaches which i never get. And i also started getting flu symptoms but i assumed because we had just gone into flu season and i work the medical field so I’m constantly around people. Also my daughter had the flu. So my question is could these symptoms had lead up to my outbreak and I overlooked the symptoms and when i had rough sex thats what triggered the outbreak? What are y’all thoughts?
I think you might have overlooked the symptoms, because it is not usual to get symptoms immediately after sex. In general, the first outbreak is a few days or even a week after having relations.
yes I think you could assume that you were infected before and the sex just triggered the first real outbreak
