I myself was using peroxide for my awwwfuuull BV, but I'm reading numerous studies that suggest that hydrogen peroxide is carcinogenic. This is because the free radicals that kill the bacteria can also damage the DNA in our vaginal wall....so I strongly suggest that we hold off on using it til something has been confirmed. We didnt choose BV, and it'd be sad if we lose our health when we were just trying to get rid of this embarrassing problem.

Yup. First day using vitamin C dissolved in water. Has worked well so far. Just crush a pure Vit C pill, add some water and mix. Then soak in tampon and insert.
