I struggle with severe TMJ mostly on the left side. Does anyone else struggle with their Hyoid bone moving? It sort of dislocates and its hard to swallow. Scares me a bit! When I swallow is mostly moves back or I simply push it slightly to the right. ANYONE ELSE struggle with this? thanks, x kat
