I have had hyper jerks alot in the years, but tonight was different. As I was drifting of I jolted up normally I can settle down but this time my whole body was shaking and vibrating my head feels funny and my throat feels weird and tight .. is this aniexty? I started getting this too when my anxiety was at an all time high. it’s so strange but it’s like your body won’t let you relax and sleep. I would try using something like a supplement blend with melatonin or Valerian. I wish you the best.
