Estou prestes a passar por uma cirurgia de THR muito em breve - as informações dizem para avisar a equipe sobre qualquer infecção de pele. Tenho tratado o que parece ser pé de atleta há cerca de 3 semanas - é pequeno e irritante, mas a pele ainda está rachada. Isso é algo que deve ser mencionado?

I think you should be open with them. Perhaps it would be helpful to see your doctor to see if you can get rid of it before your pre op meeting.

O médico me disse para absolutamente informar à equipe pré-operatória sobre o pé de atleta. É um caso extremamente leve/fronteiriço, mas o médico de família foi categórico em seu conselho para informá-los. A equipe pré-operatória me disse depois por telefone que uma decisão final será tomada assim que eles avaliarem amanhã de manhã.
