Hello, I am 5 6’ and 19 years old. My growth has slowed down and I really want to grow taller. I saw that HGH injections or pills can be used to stimulate growth. I was wondering if anybody knows reliable brands or has any feedback regarding this issue?
Sadly hormone growth injections want help at your age as they need to be administered when you are very young and only in certain circumstances as another thread on here will tell you.

Speaking as a 5’6" tall man I can sympathise with what you are going through. I was the shortest in my class through school, hanging out with friends and mixing socially.I now see my grandson facing the same, he is an inch or two shorter and he would have loved to be taller. However, he works out, plays rugby and has a good job with good prospects and a great social life. At 21 he has faced up to his one drawback (as he saw it),and realised that life is not all about how high you are, but how high you get.

I went out with a man who was 1 inch taller than me, I am 5.4 and it most definitely wasn’t his height that after 7 years caused us to split up it was his fear of commitment
Be big in mind and the body is what it is a vehicle for carrying it about
