I recently had a hike in my dosage of ramipril and since two days ago my left eye is giving me problems in that I have blurry vision in it . my right eye is fine I suffer with anxiety anyway so this is really getting to me now.

Please go back to your GP as soon as you can, this is something you should ignore or hope that it goes away. Hopefully your GP will be able to reassure you or change your medications. The symptoms you are getting should definitely not be ignored.
