I can feel a golf ball size/shape mass right inside rectal area but nothing on ct scan

So after taking medication for having severe right lower abdominal pain and a pulling feeling I became constipated and a doctor said to basically use my finger to help it along. I felt a golf ball shape and size mass inside and immediately got concerned. now...I am not super familiar with anatomy but it did not feel super normal. I don't have itching or anything and stool has been normal but had a light green mucus lately but no blood. ct scan showed nothing nor did an abdominal ultrasound. Laparoscopy only found a few webs of scar tissue - not sure why. My abdomen feels heavy and when I lay down to sleep I now go to pee 3-4 times a night but it is a small amount each time. idk wtf is going on and doctor won't help. I will get a colonoscopy but hoping for a suggestion to calm me down.

It could be just hemorrhoids enlarge … Try not to worry until further examination . Your other test have shown nothing except a little scared tissue ,which may also be what you felt .

Yea, might be hemorrhoids or polyp

It could be hard stool trapped in your colon or an internal haemorrhoid caused by straining with being constipated. When you did digital extraction, you may have injured yourself and caused swelling inside the rectum. It is easy to hurt yourself if you are not used to doing this. Your doctor would have been better off prescribing you a laxative/stool softener or suggesting taking lots of fruit and other fibre containing foods. This would have been a a gentler and safer approach. The scar tissue found may also be part of the problem.

Go back to your doctor and ask to be checked for haemorrhoids or trapped, hard stool and do not worry.
