I can't ever go out without feeling lightheaded!

Ok so idk if i am the only one but every time im going to go somewhere, especially if its a place I get triggered at or has a lot of people, I start feeling very lightheaded and i sometimes cancel plans or no longer want to go. Its like my body already knows and it makes me start feeling all lightheaded!!!! it happens a lot when im going to a mall or just in general anywhere that involves being in a line or walking around a lot. Then, as soon as i leave the place, its like nothing ever happened and im back to normal. Am i just overthinking too much?? why does going out bring me so much anxiety.?!?!?!

This is definitely an anxiety thing. It definitely happens to me too sometimes along with other physical symptoms that disappear when I return home. I am not sure why light headedness happens but it def does!

Yup I’ve had this . Feel unbalanced and a pulsing in my head . Then I leave and it’s like nothing happened . Odd . I’ve chalked it up to anxiety. Keeping a positive mind and working on breathing techniques . Good Luck

I relate to this whole scenario you are taking about, i had the exact same problems with social anxiety and panic disorder. Having to wait in line or for something would make me freak out and I would feel like I was going to pass out. I can assure you its likely to be anxiety and your brain is linking social situations that you feel uncomfortable in with panicking. I have for the majority, now overcome this irrational thought process, I attended talking therapy with a counsellor and slowly exposed myself to social situations until it got to the point where I could spend the whole day out of the house without feeling dizzy or panicky. Be patient with yourself and listen to your body, I practised breathing exercises to calm myself down. It will take time if it is anxiety, I would advise seeing a doctor and having them run some tests to see if you have any deficiencies and if everything health wise is clear then ask about speaking to a therapist etc. Hope you feel better soon!

are you tking any medications at all?
