I don't know what to do! Is it anxiety or something else??

I'm a 21 years old female, I've been suffering from anxiety and panic attack for years now, I managed to keep it at bay it but it's gotten a lot worse as of last year and I'm always anxious and worried about my health and heart attacks/strokes. I constantly check my pulse to assure myself my heart is beating, I get scared easily and I can't stop myself from googling any symptom I get. I used to get sharp chest pains and tingling feelings in my hand and leg. In addition to gases and being bloated and an upset stomach. I've gotten two EKGs and some blood tests done and a chest xray. I had very low Vitamin D and B12. I'm currently on supplements which helped the tingling and reduced the chest pains. I was stressed tremendously yesterday and now I'm worried again, my thumb was twitching earlier, it's gotten better by now and I always feel like I need to take a deep breath. It's making me nuts, I also think it's almost time for my monthly friend. What could it be?? Is it really anxiety or something more serious?

I'm sorry for the terribly long message but I'm just worried a lot.

A great deal of your problems seem like Anxiety. You have had a tranche of tests and they have found your body is short of various minerals that can sometimes effect your health, Your health seems to have recovered since taking them

Do you feel Breathing Techniques will help control your Anxiety, give it a go.

BOB

I feel that I have the same problem as you. I'm 15 and addition tingling in hands, and legs and shortness of breath I get arm, back, chest, and neck pain. Since you had two EKGs, blood work and chest x Ray, I can assure you're fine.(btw I only got a chest x Ray and one EKG, you have more the reason to believe it than I) Don't search symptoms up, it will only make it worse. Have you noticed the fact that after you search something up it appeared the next day? Whoopydoo, there's your answer. Anxiety is really annoying that way, making your body hurt in areas that matched description. (And in all honesty, I'm not all that convinced I don't have a health problem, this is the craziness of health anxiety, one day you're fine, the other OH NOT HEART ATTACK SYMPTOMS, and more appear, and more, DO NOT GOOGLE. it basically triggered my anxiety to go overboard. I want to, but can't. Psst, you're probably thinking it's a fatal mistake to just ignore it right, me too. But we'll fight it, together.

I've never really tried the breathing techniques? Have you tried them before? And did they help?

It doesn't really take more than an hour for the symptoms to show up after I google which is honestly all that confusing. How is it possible for everything to feel so real? Something I'll never be able to fathom. I just hope I'd be able to get over this terrible episode of it.
