Hello. For the past 20 minutes i feel really faint while sitting down. I didnt get up fast or anything it just happened at random. And im feeling really short of breath. My hands are also clammy all of a sudden and im really terrified.
Hi Obark, I really feel for you right now! I get this happen to me too. Before I knew it was disautonomia I was very scared I thought I was dying. Such an awful feeling isn't it. When it all comes over me like that it usually happens for 30mins then I feel an intense urge to sleep. Is this the first time it's happened?
That was the second time it happened. The first time i felt similar symptoms and it was while i was in the movies. But I do have a history of panic and anxiety attacks.
It could have been anxiety or panic. If there didn't seem to be any cause of anxiety it may have been your autonomic system playing up.
