how can peri make me feel this sick
it started jan 2016 but past 3 months have beem horrible. i wake up at 5am feeling so sick. i am beyond tired everyday all day ( prob cause i dont sleep much ) and my body doesnt feel good. i feel like i am slowly dying and even tho all my tests come back normal ( and i havr had a lot ) that they are missing something thats gonna kill me. my constant upset stomach/trapped air burping/ feeling unsteady when i walk is the worst one, amxiety, feel like i have ongoing flu.
please ease my mind and tell me im not alone. this seriously needs to stop. its putting me into depression
Hi Kim your not alone and you are not slowing dying of anything. Try to ease your mind by reminding yourself that all test were clear. Its all hormones. They throw us through the ringer for sure! You will feel better soon. I promise! I still have rough days but they are easier to get through when I say oh its hormones again. Please try and take it easy and rest as much as possible. Im praying for you! Take care Kim
Ah Kim think we are all dying together. I've convinced myself of that. The tiredness and constant anxiety is exhausting. So bad sometimes with chest pains I swear I'm dying from a heart attack.
This forum is comforting as you realise others ate in the same boat. Hope you get the strength to get through this
Big hugs
Ann
Hi Kim, have you considered asking about HRT or an SSRI to help with your symptoms? I do feel for you, I've been going through it myself with symptoms of anxiety, night sweats, disturbed sleep, racing heart, agitation and dry thinning hair. It's horrid but exercise helps, walking, running, swimming and keeping yourself distracted. I've just started HRT today and am hoping it will help. You are not alone and it helps I think just to talk about it with people who understand and are experiencing similar issues. Go back to the Dr and ask for help. Take good care.
Hi your ok it is most definitely peri related i remember feeling the same all test normal but i still felt ill it will pass many women has felt the same its a horrible feeling im past a lot of the symptoms but at times they try to peak out but my worst was the health anxiety but i have been through much including feeling nauseous weird head pain weird chest pain aching arms aching shoulders wrist elbows I even sometimes felt like my period was going to start but never did I still felt the symptoms stomach fluttering teeth aching ears aching ears ringing blurred vision you name it I've been through it I believe there are 66 menopause symptoms and I believe I experienced all of them hang in there there is a light at the end of the tunnel it doesn't fully go away but you start to feel better as the symptoms disappear the ladies here are so helpful I can't remember feeling so doomed I felt as if the world was ending that I was dying from a horrible death but it was all due to menopause so hang in there and never hesitate to ask questions with the ladies they're so great helpful God bless

Hello i am 51 been in going through almost 4 yrs now its been hell but i feel tge worst part is over just the little tag alongs😝 after i have no complaints except my shoulders wrist ache but I'll take that over all the others hugs ladies
Hey Kim. I'm sorry you are going through this difficult time. You are definitely not alone. Even though my husband is awesome, he can't possibly understand how I feel. So this forum and the ladies on here have been a God send. All of my symptoms started about one year ago. Last month was the first month I actually was late for my period (12 days). I used to exercise on a regular basis, but not so much now...just walk. The only things that help are being on here and I just keep telling myself that this is all hormones and i pray. Take it one day at a time. I watch a lot of old tv shows and avoid any depressing media. I will keep you in my prayers. Please don't hesitate to get on here and vent whenever you need too. I feel like I'm always on here whining about one thing or another. These ladies are great
Ohhhhhhh the stomach thing yes it definitely gets ugly i was getting full feelings fluttering just a yukky feeling you just dont want to eat hope you feel better soon
I'm 43 and all the same symptoms you have I have as well. They all started toward the end of last year and have just progressed and worsen each month. Started with vaginal dryness, major hot flashes when i was getting dressed in the morning, extreme fatigue to where I couldn't workout. My ears started hurting, teeth and migraines, now my periods are all over the place. I am super tired when I get up. Mornings are the worst I have anxiety until mid morning with heart palpitations and lightheaded. I feel fluish all the time. I have seen every doctor from neuro to cardiologist and have had blood work, biopsy because of the period issues. EVERYONE says I am totaly normal. HUH? I certainly don't feel normal. According to everyone on this blog however, this is normal. I haven't worked out in a year and I use to be able to run 12 miles and not feel crapy. I can run down the hall way after the dog without getting an anxiety attack and feel like I'm going to drop dead.
exactly!!! can you please tell me what worked for you Monique? i hate feeling like that!!!
Você não está nem um pouco sozinha!!! Quem inventou a menopausa?
Jamie
