I feel pins on my whole body and my tongue also get effected

I have issues like - pins and needles starts anytime and I also feel breathing problem during this. - sometimes it lasts for whole day and sometimes 3-4 days - my tongue tip also feels pins . rest of the tongue feels ok. - I feels pins under the foot center, thighs, arms sometimes, tongue tip - after pins and breathlessness itching starts on my ear, nostrils, eyes on right side

have you tried taking an antihistamine such as Claritin or Zyrtec to see if it resolves your symptoms?
