I'm currently on day 7 on reinstating my citalopram at 10mg and I have been having really bad nausea that made me stay home Monday and yesterday. Yesterday my mother bought me some over-the-counter motion sickness medicine call BONINE from Walmart. It gave me total relief! I'ts like I'm back to normal! I had no dry-heaving or stomach aches. I'm back at work today and I eat again too haha! I know I still have some time for the Citalopram to rebuild, but at least I have something to help ride it out.
