I found a small bump under the skin of my penis and I'm worried.

Hello. I'm really new to this, so I'm sorry if this isn't the right way to do this, but I'm not sure what else to do. I found a small (a little under pea-sized) pump on my penis about a week ago. It's a hard bump below the skin (it doesn't move when I move the skin around) right under the head, and it's barely visible, especially when flaccid. It doesn't hurt normally, but if I masturbate, it gets quite soar. from what I can see under the skin, it looks almost like a blood blister. I'm a pretty young guy, and I'm not sexually active. What could this be? I'm really worried, and given the current situation of the world, I'm very nervous about going to the doctor's office. Can anyone help?

Need a clear photo showing what you have …

Hello. Here are some images. It’s very difficult to see but there’s a purple, blood blister-like color to it. It hasn’t seemed to get any worse in the past week or so. Any idea what this could be?

Sorry, but I need some information on what you do regularly with your penis: how often do you masturbate? When masturbating would you say you apply a great deal of pressure to your penis, or perhaps your penis is erect for some considerable time when you masturbate - for example, way in excess of an hour?
Are you practising ANY form of penile enlargement such as a penis pump or enlarger, or any hand methods of enlargement?
To be more certain you would need to post a photo taken in clear daylight that is very close up to the bump to show the detail - take the photo at the side of a window, or in the stream of bright daylight indoors, for example.
This could be damage to a blood vessel or small veins - so yes the blood blister is a possibility, or a small penile cyst.
Given what I can see, it will most likely heal in time - you may need to ease back on what you do with your penis for a few months for healing to take place …
