I had Bells Palsy this summer. My doctor put me straight on to steroids to reduce inflamation in my ear. Although a specialist said I had a grade six, one being normal i recovered all movement within 3 weeks. However the headaches were getting worse and worse. so assumed this was from coming off the steriods...when I couldn't stand it any longer o went back to the doctor who took a blood test. I had Lymes Disease. He gave me 1,500mg of antibiotics 3 x a day for 3 week's...I was better in 3 days. So if you have Bells Palsy please check for Lymes

I didn't have Bulls Eye rash either.

Did you have pain around day 8? My forehead hurts to the touch and so does along face. Just a slight touch is not killing pain but definately some.

Mostly had pain around neck and had and then crushing headaches but that was Lymes
