I have a lump on my face ? What should I do

I noticed it first 3-4 months ago It pains when I press the lump hard otherwise it's painless . It's also bit reddish in colour. There is no hair growth on the lump. The lump is soft when I touch and moves easily when prodded with fingers. Should I consult a doctor ?
