I have this red bump growing in size under my skin of my penis shaft. It was painless until I discovered it and started washing it. The bump has a small wound when I first discovered, it doesn't dry up. I had unprotected sex with 3 ladies in the past half a year. I have taken a photo but I couldn't post it here. Hope someone here can help.
