well its a warts caused by hpv, dont left it untreated for it be not contagious , you should go to your doctor and ask for treatments , but i know its warts hpv genital warts , but dont worry its treatable.wish yoh luck

Definitely looks like genital warts, I’d get checked for HPV and get them removed ASAP.
hpv genital warts is treatier than herpes , so lucky for u its just hpv warts very treatable than other diseases
