Hallo, ich habe seit etwa fünf Tagen bis zu einer Woche ein Problem. Anfangs habe ich es nicht bemerkt, da ich nichts Ungewöhnliches gespürt oder gesehen habe, aber jetzt habe ich starke Schmerzen. Auf der Spitze der Klitorishaut habe ich eine geschwollene, rötliche Beule, die gestern im Laufe des Tages größer geworden ist und wahrscheinlich jeden Tag angeschwollen ist. Ich weiß nicht, was es ist, da ich so etwas noch nie hatte, ich bin 19 und Jungfrau, also weiß ich, dass es keine Geschlechtskrankheit ist. Außerdem habe ich bemerkt, dass die linke Schamlippe stark geschwollen ist, aber sie tut nicht weh, bis sie die Klitorishaut erreicht. Die Haut ist so stark geschwollen, dass ich meine Klitoris nicht sehen kann, ohne sie stark zu dehnen, was wehtut. Die linke Seite ist hauptsächlich das Problem und brennt in diesem Moment. Ich kann nicht gehen, sitzen, schlafen oder mich bewegen, ohne vorher Schmerzen zu haben, und ich kann nur auf dem Rücken schlafen. BITTE HELFEN SIE MIR!!!!
Gehen Sie bitte umgehend zu Ihrem Hausarzt und lassen Sie den Knoten untersuchen. Es könnte sich um eine Zyste handeln, die umgehend behandelt werden muss. Viel Glück und ich hoffe, dass es nichts Ernsthafteres als eine Zyste ist.
Was thinking the same as Cherryl you really must go to the drs, sounds like a cyst to me as well, What ever it needs seeing too.

Hi. I am experiencing exactly this at the moment. I noticed it on Saturday,it was small and pea shaped. Now today it's doubles in size and the pain is becoming pretty unbearable. I went to the doctor and they gave me one week course of antibiotics (flucloxacillin). He said if that doesnt help then I may have to have it drained. Its a hard lump so I dont see how it can be drained? The doctor seemed to agree with that. I am just wondering what was the outcome for you and how long did it take to clear? Thanks for your help and any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hallo, im Moment habe ich überhaupt keine Schwellung. Die Schwellung und der Schmerz sind völlig verschwunden und das schon seit etwa einem Monat, vielleicht sogar länger. Es könnte sich um eine Ansammlung von Smegma handeln, das sich, wie ich aus meiner Recherche weiß, verhärten kann. Ich denke, du solltest wahrscheinlich weiterhin Kontakt zu einem Frauenarzt halten. Ich musste nicht zum Arzt gehen, aber wenn es wiederkommt, werde ich auf jeden Fall hingehen. Außerdem, bei mir, als es sich verdoppelt hat, hat es nur einen Tag oder zwei gedauert, bevor es von selbst geplatzt ist.
Im Moment ist es komplett weg. Es sieht so aus, als hätte ich überhaupt nichts Falsches. Es ist geplatzt und hat Eiter abgelassen. Wenn es wieder auftaucht, werde ich euren Rat von dir und Cheryl definitiv befolgen.

The pain is unbearable at the moment and keeping me awake at night. The lump is really hard and about grape size under the skin and it's right on the hood. Is this similar to you? I can't seem to find anywhere online that's experienced the same thing as I am and I am worrying as I've never had any problems like this before. Thanks.
Ja, das ist sehr ähnlich zu dem, was ich durchgemacht habe. Ich konnte auch keine richtigen Informationen finden. Lies etwas über Smegma-Aufbau und schau, ob es ähnlich ist zu dem, was du durchmachst. Vielleicht könntest du nochmal zum Arzt gehen oder anrufen und um Rat fragen, da sich das Problem verschlimmert. Aber ich kann nicht viel mehr vorschlagen, weil das das ist, was ich getan habe, und ich würde warten, bis der Klumpen so aussieht, als würde er platzen, und ihn dann ausdrücken. Ich würde das nicht empfehlen, da es extrem schmerzhaft ist. Das Beste ist, einen Arzt aufzusuchen.
Ich hoffe, das hilft und du findest bald Linderung.

Cause I think mine is similar to yours never had it before and I went to the Dr’s they said it might be a cyst as I should wait for it to drained but it still hurts when I wipe after toilet.
this is an old post but curious what the outcome was. I had this happen to me in the area due to a straddle injury. I had to go to the Er for incision and drainage. two months later the selling is coming back.

I can see this is a old post but in the last 24hours i have had a lump in a similar place come up to the size of a pea. the only difference i am not in pain at the moment was this the same when you very first noticed yours?
For me it went away within a week…but it was a painful week. From my research and personal experience, it will eventually pop but it takes time and it hurts in the process to pop… This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I couldn’t find anything else on the internet that describes what i’m feeling besides this forum. I think it is what the OP said-- smegma that is built up/clogged and causes a cyst/pimple underneath the hood. Specifically the left side has it the worst 
its a small lump at first..then by day 4/5 it’s huge red swollen lump on the hood, very tender and sensitive to touch :(. It hurts to cross my legs and walk, i hope it pops soon!

I noticed mine a few days ago when I wiped toilet paper against it and felt a shock of pain. I’ve never had a cyst in the clitoral area before, and I’m praying it goes away on its own, because cyst drainage in the genital area is super painful. I’ve had Bartholin’s gland cysts before. I’m putting Bactroban ointment on it and crossing my fingers.

Ich glaube, ich habe es auch. Es tut weh und juckt manchmal. Es fühlt sich wie ein harter Stein an. Ich werde am Montag einen Arzt in meiner Nähe anrufen, um sicherzugehen. Denn als ich es zeitlich einordnete, kam Vuvlar-Krebs heraus. Ich bete, dass es nur eine Zyste ist.

so I’ve had this problem for yeats after a guy being way too rough with my clit it torn and infected . . . couldn’t walk, sit, cross legs etc I couldn’t go out. I’ve spoke to GP about it and she suggested when happen s to go for testing so she can see it at its worse and test the poison basically that comes out. I have yet managed to do this. but I do know . . . .after all these years that sometimes this will happen to me. especially after too much . .ahem . . .playing. I seem to always have in the same place, a small scar tissue which is where it drain when pops but I’ve noticed in the last couple days I no longer have this scar tissue, and yet again I have a hard uncomfortable lump which I know exactly what it is. I’ve read all sorts over the years and found this very rare. but it is a reassuring cyst that never seems to go away. it affects my sex life cos now I don’t relax knowing what the outcome could be. and it’s an embarrassing one to explain (or lie about) I just don’t see an end to it, as I’ve had for years. and certainly do not want any docs making incisions down there!!! scary stuff x hope your all well, but honestly so nice to find this forum to know I’m not alone with this x such a sensitive area and must be from trauma then infecting right? X
what was it
