Hola, llevo unos cinco días o una semana con un problema. Al principio no me di cuenta porque no sentí ni vi nada inusual, pero ahora tengo mucho dolor. En la parte superior del capuchón del clítoris tengo un bulto hinchado y rojizo que ayer aumentó de tamaño durante el día y probablemente se ha hinchado todos los días. No sé qué es, nunca lo había tenido antes, tengo 19 años y soy virgen, así que sé que no es una ETS/ETI. Además, a lo largo del labio izquierdo he notado que también está muy hinchado, pero no duele hasta que llega al capuchón del clítoris. El capuchón está tan hinchado que no puedo ver el clítoris sin estirar mucho, lo que duele. El lado izquierdo es el que principalmente tiene el problema y en este momento quema. No puedo caminar, sentarme, dormir ni moverme sin pasar primero por un momento de dolor y solo puedo dormir boca arriba. ¡POR FAVOR AYÚDENME!!!
Vaya a su médico de cabecera sin demora y que le revisen el bulto, podría ser un quiste y necesita atención lo antes posible. Mucha suerte y espero que no sea nada más serio que un quiste
Was thinking the same as Cherryl you really must go to the drs, sounds like a cyst to me as well, What ever it needs seeing too.

Hi. I am experiencing exactly this at the moment. I noticed it on Saturday,it was small and pea shaped. Now today it's doubles in size and the pain is becoming pretty unbearable. I went to the doctor and they gave me one week course of antibiotics (flucloxacillin). He said if that doesnt help then I may have to have it drained. Its a hard lump so I dont see how it can be drained? The doctor seemed to agree with that. I am just wondering what was the outcome for you and how long did it take to clear? Thanks for your help and any advice is greatly appreciated.

Hola, en este momento no tengo el bulto en absoluto. La hinchazón y el dolor han desaparecido por completo y llevan así unos meses, quizá más. Puede ser una acumulación de esmegma, que según mi investigación puede endurecerse. Creo que deberías mantener el contacto con un ginecólogo. Yo no tuve que ir al médico, pero si vuelve a aparecer, definitivamente iré. Además, en mi caso, cuando se duplicó de tamaño, solo tardó un día o dos antes de que reventara por sí solo.
Por el momento ha desaparecido por completo. Parece que ni siquiera tenía nada malo. Reventó y drenó pus. Si vuelve a aparecer, seguiré tu consejo y el de Cheryl.

The pain is unbearable at the moment and keeping me awake at night. The lump is really hard and about grape size under the skin and it's right on the hood. Is this similar to you? I can't seem to find anywhere online that's experienced the same thing as I am and I am worrying as I've never had any problems like this before. Thanks.
Sí, eso es muy similar a lo que yo pasé. Tampoco pude encontrar información adecuada. Investiga sobre la acumulación de esmegma y ve si es similar a lo que estás pasando. Posiblemente podrías volver al médico o llamar pidiendo consejo, ya que el problema está empeorando. Pero no hay mucho más que pueda sugerir, porque eso es lo que yo hice y esperé hasta que el bulto parecía que iba a reventar y lo exprimí. No lo recomendaría, ya que es extremadamente doloroso. Lo mejor es ver a un médico.

So if you try squeeze it does it hurt. Cause I think mine is similar to yours never had it before and I went to the Dr's they said it might be a cyst as I should wait for it to drained but it still hurts when I wipe after toilet.
this is an old post but curious what the outcome was. I had this happen to me in the area due to a straddle injury. I had to go to the Er for incision and drainage. two months later the selling is coming back.

I can see this is a old post but in the last 24hours i have had a lump in a similar place come up to the size of a pea. the only difference i am not in pain at the moment was this the same when you very first noticed yours?
For me it went away within a week...but it was a painful week. From my research and personal experience, it will eventually pop but it takes time and it hurts in the process to pop... This is the 2nd time this has happened to me. I couldn't find anything else on the internet that describes what i'm feeling besides this forum. I think it is what the OP said-- smegma that is built up/clogged and causes a cyst/pimple underneath the hood. Specifically the left side has it the worst :( its a small lump at first..then by day 4/5 it's huge red swollen lump on the hood, very tender and sensitive to touch :(. It hurts to cross my legs and walk, i hope it pops soon!

I noticed mine a few days ago when I wiped toilet paper against it and felt a shock of pain. I've never had a cyst in the clitoral area before, and I'm praying it goes away on its own, because cyst drainage in the genital area is super painful. I've had Bartholin's gland cysts before. I'm putting Bactroban ointment on it and crossing my fingers.

Creo que yo también lo tengo. Duele y a veces pica. Es como una piedra dura. Voy a llamar a un médico en mi área el lunes para asegurarme. Porque cuando lo busqué en Vuvlar, apareció cáncer. Estoy rezando para que sea solo un quiste.

so I've had this problem for yeats after a guy being way too rough with my clit it torn and infected . . . couldn't walk, sit, cross legs etc I couldn't go out. I've spoke to GP about it and she suggested when happen s to go for testing so she can see it at its worse and test the poison basically that comes out. I have yet managed to do this. but I do know . . . .after all these years that sometimes this will happen to me. especially after too much . .ahem . . .playing. I seem to always have in the same place, a small scar tissue which is where it drain when pops but I've noticed in the last couple days I no longer have this scar tissue, and yet again I have a hard uncomfortable lump which I know exactly what it is. I've read all sorts over the years and found this very rare. but it is a reassuring cyst that never seems to go away. it affects my sex life cos now I don't relax knowing what the outcome could be. and it's an embarrassing one to explain (or lie about) I just don't see an end to it, as I've had for years. and certainly do not want any docs making incisions down there!!! scary stuff x hope your all well, but honestly so nice to find this forum to know I'm not alone with this x such a sensitive area and must be from trauma then infecting right?
