hello i am 24 and i have been having some white spots on my penny top for around 3 months these white spots are not irritating also i have no problem in urine pass and money ejaculation. more over my penny foreskin also got same type of white spots. in the contrary when my penny become large these white dots/spots become red. please help me out to find what the deseas is i am very depressed due to this?
