i have been on lofepramine for a week now, i feel a lot better in myself . the big problem for me is when having an orgasme it bloody hurts. i have been looking at other websites and some mention sexual difficulty when taking this medicine. what do they mean ? the other side effect is that my balls feel really tender , when touched it feels like someone kicked you in that area. is there anyone else with same problems and how did you solve them ?

I've been on lofepramine for two weeks now and suffering with same symptoms-balls really sore when I have an orgasm, plus quite bad headaches. Tablets making my mood better, so don't want to change, but the side effects not very nice, has anyone had same experiences and do they disappear?

Yes I also experience this pain after orgasm, but my testes are ok. Ive been on the tabs for 10 days so early days I suppose. I also suffer ranging thirst and slight headache.

I know that it has been a couple of years since the last posting on this topic but can one of you advise how it was resolved as I am experiencing the same problem. As a side effect did it diminish and go away over time or did you change meds? J
