Been having this weird discoloration going on by my crotch thigh area. I havent had any sexual intercourse or anything this has been going on for about 2 months i used to use this Triamcinolone Acetonide cream but i guess it hasnt worked Its a red, purple area and its very smooth but doesnt itch, i went to get check ups to see if its a Std or something but everything comes back negative. Any ideas please

It looks like it might be fungal. if it is, triamcinolone won’t help. You need some Nystatin
