Dear Sir: I have been experiencing blister on the head of my penis for the past three weeks now. At first, i did not take it serious, and thought i was going to disappear within the course of the week. as days goes by, i started experiencing some itch on my scrotum before noticing that some bumps appeared on my scrotum. There are a lot of factors that you have to consider. How old are you. Are you sexual active. If you are is it protected or un-protected sex. Have you changed any soap or laundry detergent or even cologne .
These things could be doing this to your body. The best thing I can tell you is to go to a doctor and they can tell you what it is and the best way to treat it. You have to watch what you but on in that area.
To stop the itch until you go to the doctor. Try Cortizone 10. I use it sometime for my circumcision line when it itches.
