Do not need to panic, if you are sexually active it could be std but it could be something harmless, visit a doctor.
I have the same thing! I went to the doctor last Thursday and she said it didn't look like anything viral. She also treated me for a yeast infection. Which I think I got because I was trying to make the bumps go away by obsessively using witch hazel and tea tree oil down there. So good VP. It's vestibular Papillomitosis. I think that's what I have for sure! Mine does not hurt itch or anything at all.
