I have no idea what these white bumps are that have appeared, they seem like skin tags but theyve only come up recently i would say in the last month. Does anyone know what they are or what they could be ? Im worried and the chances of getting a docs appt at the moment is unlikely
They are probably molluscum contagiousum. Look at your spots and see if you can distinguish a small dimple in the centre (see below), which will help confirm the diagnosis.
If these are molluscums, you can buy medication for self-treatment from your local drugstore/pharmacist and also online if your doctor can’t see you.
Genital molluscum in adults is an STD, so try to get tested for other infections. If you live in the UK, you can apply for a free self-test kit online (Google: NHS STD test kit).
