Tengo esta erupción con manchas blancas, no sé qué es. ¿Podría ser herpes tipo 2, sarna o alergia al jabón o al detergente?

its either the soap has dried out your skin or its a fungal skin infection u should visit your doctor to check

i went to the doctor they said is not t herpes is the soap the i use if it happen again to go back

cool try some coconut oil to see if that helps with the dryness
