These have only been here for a couple days, and showed up a few days after sex with a new partner. I'm really hoping it is just an infection from shaving and sweating. I can't see the doctor for a couple days and I'm freaking out. It hurts most when I wipe. I've been constipated too.

Update: I went in and got swabbed. Doc started me on Valtrax right away just to be safe. Didn’t see improvement in two days so he switched me to an antibiotic in case it was a viral infection. Shortly after the blood test came back negative, but the swab came back positive for HSV 1. He said that didn’t align with my symptoms because i dont have coldsores and i was feeling sicker. He said to stop with the Valtrax and keep taking the antibiotics but it isn’t herpes. I am very confused.
im having the same issue. Ive had the same sex partnet for years and we both go get tested. it hurts for me to use the bathroom also. They prescribe me the same medicine is well and I had a blood test done. I’m waiting for my results to come back. I don’t think he’s herpes though I think its just an infection but idk from where
