this week i was positive for HSV1. i wasnt given any medication because i never had a outbreak or blister... negative for HSV2.
my vaginal keeps burning for the last 3 months and vaginal dryness. today i took a shower and saw these little dot/rashes. should i get tested again?

If you did a blood test only and this came up after the blood test, I recommend being swabbed. If this was already swabbed and came back neg, then you probably have some type of bacterial infection. Go back to your OB and get tested for ALL bacterias. I had something similar on me… I got diagnosed w warts, they also thought it also could be HSV2… but both of those were wrong. I had a bacteria they just never tested me for. Make them be as thorough as they can be because I went almost 8 months of my life thinking I had warts and it was bacteria.
what type of bacterias? and i will go back up there and get swabbed because only did the blood IgG test.
I am so sorry for my late reply, and honestly, I would say “all bacterias” because there are so many that we don’t even know exist because they slap BV and thrush in our faces so much. So specify that you would like to be tested for all known vaginal bacterias.
